111-4-3687. “Supreme” instant ticket lottery game number 336. (a) The Kansas lottery may conduct an instant winner lottery game entitled “Supreme.” The rules for this game are contained in K.A.R. 111-3-1 et seq. and 111-4-3687.

(d) The ticket numbers in each book of tickets in this game shall start with 000 and end with 019.

(e) The price of instant tickets sold by a retailer for this game shall be $30.00 each.

(f) “Supreme” is a key number match game with multiplier features. The player will scratch the play area to reveal six “WINNING NUMBERS” and 30 “YOUR NUMBERS” with a prize amount below each of the “YOUR NUMBERS.” If a player matches any of the “YOUR NUMBERS” to any of the “WINNING NUMBERS,” the player wins the prize shown below that number. If a player reveals a symbol of a stack of money, the player wins the prize amount shown. If a player reveals a “2X” symbol, the player wins two times the prize amount shown. If a player reveals a “5X” symbol, the player wins five times the prize amount shown. If a player reveals a “10X” symbol, the player wins 10 times the prize amount shown. Article 19.—SPECIFIC PLAYER LOYALTY CLUB RULES

111-19-118. X Family Bonus Second-Chance Drawings. (a) The Kansas Lottery may conduct seven promotional drawings entitled “X Family Bonus Second-Chance Drawings” awarding cash prizes to players selected as winners. Entries into the drawings will be accepted beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the day the instant tickets designated in subsection (b) are first offered for sale to the general public and ending at 11:59 p.m. on September 25, 2022. The drawings will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawing has closed but before noon on September 29, 2022, at which time the winners will be announced.

(b) The specific tickets eligible for entry into these drawings shall be non-winning tickets for the following Kansas Lottery instant ticket games: $1 “10X” game number 360; $2 “20X” game number 361; $3 “30X” game number 362; $5 “50X” game number 363; $10 “100X” game number 364; $20 “200X” game number 365; and $30 “300X” game number 225.

(d) A player shall enter each drawing through the Kansas Lottery PlayOn program available at www.kslottery.com. The player shall follow the hyperlink specifically designated for the purpose of accessing the “X Family Bonus Second-Chance Drawings” promotion. The player may enter the required data from the entry ticket manually for entry into each drawing. If the player does not enter the ticket data manually, the player may scan, if available, the ticket to enter data to be used for entry into each drawing using a mobile device and a downloaded Kansas Lottery PlayOn app. After the ticket data is successfully entered either manually or scanned using the app, the player will receive one entry into the drawing based on the specific non-winning ticket.

(e) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for selecting winners and alternate winners shall be followed. The first entrant selected in each drawing shall be the winner of a cash prize.

(1) The first drawing conducted shall be from among the entrants in the $1 10X, game number 360, second-chance drawing. The cash prize awarded to the first entrant selected in the first drawing shall be $1,000.

(2) The second drawing conducted shall be from among the entrants in the $2 20X, game number 361, second-chance drawing. The cash prize awarded to the first entrant selected in the second drawing shall be $2,000.

(3) The third drawing conducted shall be from among the entrants in the $3 30X, game number 362, second-chance drawing. The cash prize awarded to the first entrant selected in the third drawing shall be $3,000.

(4) The fourth drawing conducted shall be from among the entrants in the $5 50X, game number 363, second-chance drawing. The cash prize awarded to the first entrant selected in the fourth drawing shall be $5,000.

(5) The fifth drawing conducted shall be from among the entrants in the $10 100X, game number 364, second-chance drawing. The cash prize awarded to the first entrant selected in the fifth drawing shall be $10,000.

(6) The sixth drawing conducted shall be from among the entrants in the $20 200X, game number 365, second-chance drawing. The cash prize awarded to the first entrant selected in the sixth drawing shall be $12,500.

(7) The seventh drawing conducted shall be from among the entrants in the $30 300X, game number 225, second-chance drawing. The cash prize awarded to the first entrant selected in the seventh drawing shall be $15,000.

(f) There is no limit on the number of non-winning tickets a person may enter.

(g) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for contacting a winner and the claiming of the prize shall be followed, except that in this promotion the 10-day deadline for the winners to return their claim forms shall be 10 business days and commence with the date of the announcement of the winners. The Kansas Lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.

(h) By entering the promotion, entrant agrees to PlayOn terms and conditions.

(i) Winners are responsible for any state and federal taxes.

111-19-119. PlayOn Home Entertainment Package Giveaway Drawings. (a) The Kansas lottery may conduct two drawings entitled “PlayOn Home Entertainment Package Giveaway Drawings” in which one Kansas lottery player will win the prize package listed in subsection (d)(1) and one Kansas lottery player will win the prize package listed in subsection (d)(2). The Kansas lottery will accept entries into the drawings beginning at 12:01 a.m. on January 24, 2022. Entry deadline for the drawings will be at 11:59 p.m. on April 24, 2022. The drawings will be conducted sometime after entry into the drawings has closed but before noon on April 28, 2022, at which time the winners will be announced.

(b) Only registered Kansas Lottery PlayOn (“PlayOn”) members may enter the drawings. PlayOn members must enter themselves into the drawings according to the terms and conditions of PlayOn. Entries shall not be accepted that are submitted by any method other than through PlayOn.

(c) A total of 1,156 player loyalty club points are required for a PlayOn member to enter once into the drawing for the Outdoor Entertainment Prize Package. A total of 1,121 player loyalty club points are required for a PlayOn member to enter once into the drawing for the Indoor Entertainment Prize Package. A player may enter the drawings as many times as the player’s points allow. At the time of each entry, the player will select for which prize package they are entering to win.

(d) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for selecting winners and alternate winners shall be followed. For each PlayOn Home Entertainment Package Giveaway drawing, the Kansas lottery shall award one player selected a prize package. The prize packages shall consist of the following:

(1) The Outdoor Entertainment Prize Package winner will receive the following:

(i) Cuisinart XL Outdoor Griddle Cooking Station;

(ii) Hanover Portable Wood Fired Pizza Oven;

(vi) State and federal mandatory income withholding taxes shall be paid by the Kansas lottery. This prize package is valued at approximately $10,560.16.

(2) The Indoor Entertainment Prize Package winner will receive the following:

(ii) Polk Audio 5.1 Channel MagniFi Max Soundbar with one Wireless Subwoofer & two Surround Speakers;

(iii) Sanus Premium Series Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount;

(iv) Corsair T2 Road Warrior Gaming Chair;

(v) Xbox Series X 1TB

(vi) X Box Games: NBA 2K22; Madden 22; FIFA 22; NHL 22; Forza Horizon 5; Halo Infinite;

(viii) $500 cash; and

(x) State and federal mandatory income withholding taxes shall be paid by the Kansas lottery. This prize package is valued at approximately $10,211.09.

(e) The procedures set forth in K.A.R. 111-18-5 for contacting winners and the claiming of prizes shall be followed, except as follows: in this promotion the 10-day deadline for the winners to return their claim forms shall be 10 business days and commence with the date of the announcement of the winners. The Kansas lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.

(f) In the event any prize awarded for this drawing is postponed, changed, or canceled in whole or in part, no cash prize substitutions or other compensation shall be provided. Prizes will be fulfilled by Pollard Banknote Limited.

(g) The Kansas lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value.

(h) By entering the drawings, entrant agrees to PlayOn terms and conditions.

Article 501.—SOUTH CENTRAL GAMING ZONE

111-501-152. Wagers and play. (a) All wagers at Criss Cross Poker shall be made by placing gaming chips and, if applicable, a match play coupon on the appropriate betting areas of the table layout. A verbal wager accompanied by cash shall not be accepted.

(b) A player must make an ante wager on the across cards and an ante wager on the down cards to participate in that round of play. Both ante wagers must be in the same amount.

(c) A player may also make an optional five card bonus wager. A player placing a five card bonus wager will win the wager if the five community cards constitute a pair of 6’s or higher ranking hand.

(d) All wagers in subsection (b) and (c) must be made before the dealer deals the first card of the round.

(e) Once a player has placed a wager and received cards, that player must remain seated until the completion of the round of play. Only players who are seated at the table may touch the cards.

(f) Criss Cross Poker is played with one standard deck of 52 playing cards consisting of a 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, jack, queen, king and ace in each of the following four suits: hearts; diamonds; clubs; and spades.

(g) Before the first card is dealt in a round of play, all cards shall be shuffled with an automatic shuffle machine. Manual shuffling of the cards is not permitted.

(h) The dealing of cards for the game of Criss Cross Poker is as follows:

(1) To begin each round the dealer shall deal the five community cards face down on the gaming table in the form of a cross with the three across cards first placed horizontally on the gaming table, followed by one down card placed above the middle card of the across cards and then one down card placed below the middle card of the across cards;

(2) The dealer shall then deal two cards face down to the player farthest to his/her left, continuing to deal each player two cards face down in a clockwise manner. Each player shall receive two cards before the next player receives his or her cards;

(3) After all players have been given the opportunity to look at their two cards, in turn from the dealer’s left to right the players have the following options:

(A) Fold and not participate further in that round of play, which will forfeit all wagers made by the player except for a five card bonus; or

(B) Make an across wager;

(4) The dealer shall then turn face up the first and last cards of the across cards, but not expose the middle card;

(5) The remaining players then have the following options:

(A) Fold and not further participate in that round of play, which will forfeit all wagers made by the player except for a five card bonus wager; or

(B) Make a down wager;

(6) The dealer shall then turn face up the top and bottom cards of the down cards, but not expose the middle card.

(7) The remaining players shall then have the following options:

(A) Fold and not further participate in that round of play, which will forfeit all wagers made by the player except for a five card bonus wager; or

(B) Make a middle card wager; and

(8) The dealer shall then reveal the middle card, which card shall be used for all remaining wagers.

(i) The five card bonus wager is resolved immediately before revealing any of the players’ cards, regardless of player fold decisions, and is based on the five community cards only. Players will be eligible for the five card bonus regardless of win or loss on any other wager. Working from right to left the dealer shall reveal each player’s cards. The player uses their two cards plus the three cards on the horizontal line of the cross to form an across hand and uses their two cards plus the three cards on the vertical line of the cross to form a down hand. The middle wager is paid if either the across or down hand, or both, qualifies as a win and is paid at the odds of the highest-ranking of those hands.
